FRANCHISE AWARDS

Each award will have three winners—one from each of the following ledger groups:

  • $0 – < $10m
  • $10m – < $20m
  • $20m+

Awarded to the franchise with the highest year-on-year net receivables growth within each group.

Criteria:

  • Net receivables and customer growth % as at 30 September 2025
  • Franchises must be beyond their first 24 months of trading

Awarded to the franchise with the strongest customer review performance across measured platforms.

Criteria:

  • Review sources include:
    • Google
    • Trustpilot
    • NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Franchises ranked by quartile for each platform, with scores combined to determine the winner
  • Measurement period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025

Recognises a franchise that actively supports and adopts a strong compliance culture within MTF Finance.

Criteria:

  • Maintains dispute resolution processes
  • Reviews and ensures fairness of customer fees
  • Completes annual AML risk assessments
  • Implements CCCFA updates
  • Ongoing staff training and upskilling
  • Compliance audit results
  • Overall conduct and promotion of responsible culture
  • Measurement period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025

Awarded to the franchise whose marketing or community presence best reflects MTF Finance’s values and supports its strategic goals.

Criteria:

  • Judged on marketing approved by National Office, considering:
  • Digital presence and results
  • Local and community engagement
  • Consistency in activity and messaging
  • Brand guideline adherence
  • Strategic alignment
  • Measurement period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025

Awarded to a franchise that demonstrates outstanding contribution and leadership within the MTF network.

Criteria:

Evaluated by the CEO in consultation with the CCO and ASM team:

  • Positive relationships with National Office
  • Support for other franchises
  • Brand advocacy
  • Strategic mindset
  • Franchise agreement compliance
  • Peer nominations
  • Measurement period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025

Recognises an exceptional staff member working within a franchise.

Criteria:

  • Nominations via Google Form submission
  • Open to franchise owner and National Office staff nominations
  • Measurement period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025
